For a limited time we offer free shipping for orders of £75 or more for UK Mainland ONLY (Some conditions applies*)
We dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days via HERMES Delivery services, very well packaged in blank boxes. For your privacy, there would not be any sign of the items inside.
Please be advised once we shipped your order, we can’t change anything or cancel your order or speed up the delivery process. You can track your order all the way and if you have any questions about your delivery process, you can contact Hermes with your tracking number. We have no information other than the tracking info that you can see.
If you received your product damaged, you should notify us THE SAME DAY OF DELIVERY. Our transportation insurance declines the damage claims made after the day of delivery. The report has to be sent to us by email at email@example.com including some pictures of the broken item and the order ID. You can find the order iD in the confirmation email that you have received from us when you placed your order.
If you prefer to use any other shipping methods like UPS, DHL e.t.c… please email us. We will find a way to use your favorite shipping method.
Please email us if you are experiencing any problem with your orders. *Please be advised if the shipping cost is more than 30% of the amount of your order’s subtotal, we don’t provide free shipping. You will be notified via email regarding to the shipping cost.
